The developers confirmed that during this beta, players will be able to control six characters: Iron Man, Dr. Doom, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Storm, and Captain America, with New York as the available stage. The beta will offer online matchmaking in lobbies, limited offline matches, rollback netcode for smoother gameplay, a spectator mode to watch other players, and a tutorial for training purposes.
