Sims 4 Reveals 2 New Creator Kits for August 2025

On August 21, 2025, The Sims 4 is set to release two fresh Creator Kits. These new kits, part of the ongoing series for The Sims 4, will introduce a variety of novel makeup choices and home furnishings and decorations tailored specifically for areas of Sim homes that are often underappreciated.

As a devoted fan, I’d love to share my excitement about the introduction of Creator Kits in The Sims 4 back in November 2024! These budget-friendly alternatives to full expansions and Game and Stuff packs are just perfect for us Sims enthusiasts. They offer a compact collection of furniture, decorations, or Create-a-Sim elements, all centered around a unique theme.

The very first set of Creator Kits took us on a vibrant journey back to the era of teenage slumber parties and mid-20th-century kitsch. Since then, over 40 other kits have been released, each one adding its own special touch to make our Sims 4 experience truly one-of-a-kind!

2 New Sims 4 Creator Packs are Coming on August 21

  • Essential Glam

According to a tweet from the official game account, the upcoming Creator Kits are focused on Peacemaker’s Grange Mudroom and Crypticism’s Essential Glam. While details about what these kits will include are still emerging, Peacemaker’s Grange Mudroom is designed to offer furniture and decorations for entryways in The Sims 4, while Essential Glam aims to provide a variety of polished makeup looks.

The Grange Mudroom previews exhibit a diverse range of upcoming items in the game. These comprise mostly decorative elements such as grand cabinets and shelving units, wall-mounted hat racks with scarves, a pair of rain boots, and an ornamental laundry bin. Additionally, one image shows Eliza Pancakes seated on a new entryway bench – suggesting interactive furniture.

For the Essential Glam kit, the previews display a selection of varied Create-a-Sim makeup styles, featuring rich, shiny lipsticks and vivid, eye-catching eyeshadows. Although the prices for these kits haven’t been disclosed yet, considering previous offerings from The Sims 4, each is likely to be priced at $4.99.

Following the launch of the Enchanted by Nature expansion for Sims 4 on July 10, it seems that fans may have a bit of a wait ahead before another full expansion is unveiled. However, there’s optimism for additional free content to be released, as suggested in a recent survey for the game. At this point, nothing has been confirmed, but the survey questions hint at possible updates that could enhance the base game, potentially introducing more multicultural items, recipes, and personalization options to promote greater diversity and inclusiveness within the game.
