Pokemon Gen 10 Leaks Box Legendary Details

The following article contains potential spoilers for Pokemon Gen 10.

Recent leaks on social media suggest the legendary Pokémon featured on the box art for the 10th generation games might be designed with an ‘old man’ and ‘old woman’ theme. While details about these legendary Pokémon are still scarce, the idea comes from a larger leak that included information about several upcoming Pokémon games.

Details about the potential tenth generation of *Pokémon* games, called *Pokémon Winds and Waves*, appeared online on October 13th as part of a larger leak. According to the leak, the new games would take place in a region inspired by Indonesia and other islands in Southeast Asia. A key feature of *Pokémon Winds and Waves* is said to be procedurally generated islands with an “Infinity” theme, offering players endless exploration. The games are rumored to be a Switch 2 exclusive launching in 2026, coinciding with the *Pokémon* franchise’s 30th anniversary.

Pokemon Gen 10 Legendary Details Potentially Leaked

Recent leaks, known as the Teraleak, have revealed some potential details about the next generation of *Pokemon* games. According to two reliable *Pokemon* leakers, Centro and Riddler Khu, the legendary Pokemon featured on the box art for *Pokemon Winds and Waves* are inspired by an elderly man representing wind and an elderly woman representing water. Centro explained, through translation, that these legendary Pokemon will use their powers over wind and water to guide both people and Pokemon, and they will live on remote islands. Both legendary Pokemon are also connected to a “Seed Pokemon” that players will receive early in the game. As of now, their names and specific designs remain a mystery.

Since the second generation of *Pokémon* games (*Gold and Silver*), featuring Ho-Oh and Lugia, box art Legendary Pokémon have been a key part of the series. While both Ho-Oh and Lugia were available in each game, later titles like *Ruby and Sapphire* made the featured Legendary Pokémon exclusive to each version of the game. *Pokémon Scarlet and Violet* continued this tradition, with Koraidon appearing on the cover of *Scarlet* and Miraidon on *Violet*.

Recent leaks hint that the next generation of *Pokémon* games (the 10th generation) might heavily feature weather effects during battles. However, until The Pokémon Company makes an official announcement, it’s best to view these leaks with skepticism.
