This article contains spoilers from Solo Leveling Season 2.
Season 2 of Solo Leveling really showcased just how powerful Jinwoo has become. His Shadow Army was a major highlight, and it became obvious that he’s surpassed even the strongest S-Rank Hunters. We can expect even greater challenges and tougher enemies for Jinwoo in the future.
Even though Jinwoo is incredibly powerful now, he hasn’t reached his full potential yet. And there are still characters who are stronger than him in certain areas, as fans of the story already know. These characters represent a significant threat, even to someone as strong as Jinwoo.
Sung Jinwoo Just Reached Level 100 In The Anime
- Jinwoo Fought And Beat The Ant King
- Jinwoo Can Grow Even Stronger
In Season 2 of Solo Leveling, Sung Jinwoo reached a major milestone – level 100 – leaving fans on the edge of their seats. This happened after a grueling battle against the Ant King on Jeju Island. Although the Ant King was incredibly powerful, Jinwoo proved to be stronger, defeating him with relative ease as he continued to grow more powerful during the fight.
I use the system and the system uses me. — Sung Jinwoo
When Jinwoo defeated the Ant King, it became obvious he wasn’t limited to a maximum level of 100, which many fans had been concerned about. It’s now clear he’s capable of becoming much more powerful and will eventually surpass even those currently stronger than him.
Jinwoo Is Far Weaker Than Ashborn
- Ashborn Was A Monster In Power
- Jinwoo Hasn’t Reached The Level Of Ashborn
If you’re a fan of Solo Leveling, you really need to know about Ashborn! The anime hasn’t gotten to his story yet, but the Manhwa reveals something huge: Ashborn was the previous Shadow Monarch. And get this – he was even stronger than Jinwoo is in Season 2! It’s mind-blowing to think about how powerful he was.
This doesn’t mean Jinwoo won’t eventually become as powerful as, or even stronger than, Ashborn. Right now, based on what we’ve seen in the anime, he isn’t strong enough to win a fight against him. However, fans should watch Jinwoo closely, as he’s destined to break through all barriers and become incredibly powerful.
Jinwoo Isn’t On Antares’s Level Yet
Keep an eye on Antares – you might not be familiar with the name yet, but you will be. He’s incredibly powerful, far beyond even the current version of Jinwoo in the anime. Antares proves that even though Jinwoo seems unstoppable, there’s a much larger, more powerful world waiting to be explored in Solo Leveling, and the upcoming Season 3 will likely introduce many characters like him.
I’m really excited about the possibility of a Season 3, perhaps more than anyone! It took a huge amount of work – 220,000 animated frames – to create Seasons 1 and 2. If I had my way, we’d take our time and aim for a release around the 2028 Olympics. However, the decision ultimately rests with Kaneko and A-1 Pictures.
Currently, there are 25 episodes of Solo Leveling available – 12 from the first season and 13 from the second. You can watch both seasons on Crunchyroll. If you’re eager for more before season 3 arrives, reading the original manhwa is a good way to continue the story.
