Pokemon Legends Z-A Teases Mega Dimension DLC Reveal

As a big fan of Pokemon Legends: Z-A, I’m so excited to hear we’re getting another peek at the Mega Dimension DLC on November 6th! It’s only been out for under a month, but The Pokemon Company quickly confirmed they were planning an expansion. And now it looks like Game Freak is ready to share some news – which is great for those of us who have already finished the main story and are hungry for more!

On September 12th, The Pokemon Company announced the Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimension DLC, well before the game’s release. The announcement showed off new Mega Evolutions for Raichu, and because the DLC and the game itself center around Mega Evolutions, players can expect even more to be revealed. Although rumors have been circulating, official details have been limited – but that’s about to change.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimension DLC Gets a New Announcement on November 6

I’m so excited! The Pokémon Company Japan just announced we’re getting more details on the Legends: Z-A DLC on November 6, 2025! It sounds like they’re dropping a new trailer on their official YouTube channel – it’ll be live at 11 PM JST (that’s 9 AM EST for us!). I’m really hoping they finally announce a release date. We already know the DLC is coming in two parts, so maybe we’ll get the first release date in the trailer, but who knows? It’s hard to say for sure until we actually see it!

The upcoming announcement may reveal new Pokémon or Mega Evolutions not originally included in the base game. Rumors indicate that the DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A will bring back 138 Pokémon and introduce over a dozen new Mega Evolutions, giving The Pokémon Company plenty of content to showcase in the trailer. We might also learn more about the story.

The newest Pokemon game, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, has been very successful, selling 5.8 million copies in its first week. This is more than Pokemon X and Y and Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee achieved. While some fans have offered criticism, the game’s performance has been strong, and future downloadable content could boost sales even further if it offers exciting new features.
