Mizkif is Suing Emiru and Asmongold

Twitch streamer Mizkif (Matthew Rinaudo) is suing two former colleagues, Emiru and Asmongold, for defamation and financial compensation. This legal action follows accusations of sexual assault and harassment made against him. Mizkif is also suing his former organization, OTK, as well as Mythic Talent and King Gaming Labs, after being removed from OTK following a broadcast in October.

A lawsuit followed accusations made by Twitch streamer Emiru against Mizkif during a broadcast on October 25th. Emiru alleged sexual assault, abuse, and blackmail involving deceased pets, claiming she and Mizkif had been in a relationship until early 2025. Following the accusations, Mizkif was no longer affiliated with OTK Media, and over a million shares of the company were taken back from him. OTK Media, or One True King, is a content creation company based in Austin, Texas, co-founded in 2020 by Mizkif, Asmongold, and other well-known creators. Emiru joined OTK in 2022 and became a co-owner the following year.

Mizkif Is Suing Former OTK Colleagues for Defamation

After being removed from the organization OTK, Mizkif sued several individuals and companies – including Emiru, Asmongold, OTK, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs – alleging defamation and seeking financial compensation. The lawsuit argues that claims of harassment against Mizkif were untrue and negatively impacted his reputation and career. Mizkif specifically claimed that Asmongold’s coverage of the situation on his Twitch streams further damaged his standing. Mythic Talent and King Gaming Labs counterclaimed that Mizkif violated his contract following his departure from OTK and owes them around $600,000 in management fees. The specific amount Mizkif is seeking in damages hasn’t been revealed. As of now, none of the parties involved have publicly commented on the lawsuit, and a court date has not been scheduled.

The lawsuit isn’t Mizkif’s only legal problem. After Emiru publicly accused him of sexual assault, other women have also come forward, alleging harassment, assault, and hurtful comments about fellow streamers. Quqco, AriaSaki, and Tricia Wang are among the content creators who have spoken out against him.

Mizkif last appeared in court in January 2025 when a defamation case against him and several other content creators was dropped due to a lack of proof. It’s currently unclear how his current lawsuit against Emiru and others will be resolved.
