ARC Raiders can be challenging, and requires constant action to survive. To help with this, it’s important to learn and use the game’s different controls.
Keys unlock special doors that lead to valuable rewards. While the exact items you find are random, these areas are always worth exploring because they offer the best chance of finding powerful equipment in the game.
You can find a Blue Gate Village Key that unlocks a house packed with loot – four rooms full, to be exact! Collecting all of that salvage gives you a huge boost of XP and usually nets you better gear than you’d find in a typical run. Just make sure you can escape safely after looting the house!
Need help finding the Blue Gate Village Key in ARC Raiders? I’ve included some helpful tips below.
How To Find The Blue Gate Village Key
Finding keys in ARC Raiders is based on luck, but I can tell you where I found the Blue Gate Village Key. After starting a match in the Buried City, I headed to the Maintenance Depot and found the key there pretty quickly.
While searching the buildings in the Maintenance Depot, I found the Blue Gate Village Key in a filing cabinet near a computer. It might not be there for you, but it’s worth checking.
I’ve been hearing from other players that they’ve found a key in the Ruby Residence apartments in Dam Battlegrounds. It sounds like that area is a really good place to look for keys!
Okay, so as someone who’s been playing ARC Raiders, let me tell you – if you find a key, grab it! Seriously, stash it in a safe spot if you can. If you’re already in a tough spot, don’t even hesitate to just leave the match and protect that key. They’re super valuable, and honestly, there’s no embarrassment in prioritizing getting out safely with a key in hand. It’s just smart play!
Where To Use The Blue Gate Village Key
Okay, so using the Blue Gate Village Key in ARC Raiders is actually pretty simple. Unlike some other keys, it’s not super hidden. You just head to the Village area on the Blue Gate map and look for the green lock symbol – that’s where the locked room is. It’s not too hard to find if you know where to look!
You’ll recognize the building by its front door with bars. Don’t worry, your Blue Gate Village Key will unlock it.
After you open the door and go inside, be sure to close it behind you. This will help prevent Raiders from following you in, either to attack you or start stealing things.
This house has four rooms you can search for items. Be sure to check everywhere inside! You’ll find a gun case in the first room, and plenty of useful items hidden in cabinets and drawers throughout the rest of the house.
Make sure to quickly put any valuable items you find into a safe place, just in case things get dangerous. And as before, the best strategy is to leave the area as soon as you’ve collected everything you need.
If you have a hatch key, you can get resources from the hatch on the east side of the Village. Otherwise, try the Cliffside Airshaft to the southeast, if it’s working.
I used the Cliffside Airshaft to get out of there, but be careful – there are a lot of those flying ARC robots between the Village and the Airshaft. I even got shot down by one right after I called for a ride, but luckily I still managed to slide down the airshaft and make it home with all my stuff.
If you get knocked down near the top of an air vent, quickly crawl to the edge and let yourself fall all the way to the bottom. Since you won’t take any damage from falling when you’re already downed, dropping is much faster than trying to crawl down the stairs.
Blue Gate Village Key Rewards
Okay, so opening this locked room is always a bit of a gamble – you never really know what you’re gonna get, just like with any other locked room in the game. But honestly, I was surprised by how good the loot was! I managed to snag some really useful gear, which was awesome considering I only needed the Uncommon Blue Gate Village Key to open it.
I was so excited to get back to town and see how much I’d collected! It turned out to be over 50,000 coins worth of loot, which was awesome because it unlocked a trophy called “The Big Haul.” I was really proud of that!
Here’s a list of the best equipment I managed to get, just so you can consider if taking on this mission is worth it.
| Loot | Item Type | Rarity | Sell Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Renegade I | Battle Rifle | Rare | 4,059 |
| Torrente I | LMG | Rare | 4,479 |
| Venator Blueprint | Gun Blueprint | N/A | 5,000 |
| Stable Stock II Blueprint | Modification Blueprint | N/A | 5,000 |
| Stable Stock I | Modification | Common | 640 |
| Breathtaking Snow Globe | Trinket | Epic | 7,000 |
| Exodus Modules | Topside Material | Epic | 2,750 |
Honestly, on top of everything else, this locked room was full of recyclables and crafting stuff! It totally made the whole trip worthwhile for me – I was so happy with what I found!
