In chapter 1165, Oda revealed what many fans consider the strongest attack in the entire series: a combined effort by Roger and Garp against the formidable Rocks D. Xebec, who had recently been affected by Domi Reversi.

The fight against Rocks was always going to be extremely challenging for Roger and Garp, and chapter 1165 confirmed just how difficult it was. Rocks possessed incredibly powerful Haki, which Oda depicted as nearly impossible to break through. Most of Roger and Garp’s attacks didn’t even touch him. To win, they had to unleash a combined attack—easily the strongest ever seen in One Piece. This involved both Garp and Roger focusing all of their Haki into a single, devastating blow. When their Haki merged, it overwhelmed Rocks’s defenses and finally landed a hit.

In the battle against Rocks D. Xebec, both Roger and Garp unleashed their most powerful attacks. Roger used his technique, Hinokagutsuchi no Ace, and Garp countered with Infinitum Explosion. The combined force of these two attacks was overwhelming, ultimately leading to Rocks D. Xebec’s defeat.
