The official Pokémon channels have confirmed a problem in Pokémon Legends: Z-A where players aren’t receiving the Mega Stone rewards they’ve earned in ranked battles. While a fix isn’t available yet, players have been updated on the issue and what the developers are doing to resolve it.
Players of Pokemon Legends: Z-A are currently competing in ranked battles, where four players face off against each other online. Season 2 of these battles began on November 5th, offering rewards based on player performance. These rewards include Delphoxite, which allows Delphox to Mega Evolve, and another opportunity to earn Greninjite, previously available in Season 1. Unfortunately, some players who’ve reached the required rank haven’t yet received their rewards.
Pokemon Responds to Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Stone Ranked Bug
Players noticed they weren’t receiving the Mega Stones they earned in the latest ranked battle season. The official Pokémon team confirmed they’re looking into the issue on Twitter. While they haven’t said when a fix will be released – they’re still trying to figure out what went wrong – they’ve assured players they will make things right and everyone will get the Mega Stones they deserve.
The ranked season in Pokemon Legends: Z-A just started, and the developers are working to fix a current issue. Players who haven’t started ranked battles yet might want to wait until the fix is released. The season is scheduled to end on November 25th, so there should still be time to participate even if the fix takes a while. The developers might also extend the season to compensate for the problem.
Most people reacting to the news seem to be taking it well, but it’s important to fix these problems quickly. The first downloadable content for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, called Mega Dimension, comes out on December 10th, and these bugs could discourage players from buying it for $29.99.
