After numerous setbacks and revisions, Crimson Desert is now officially scheduled to release on March 19, 2026 (hopefully!). As a prequel to the popular Black Desert MMO created by Pearl Abyss, this game has fans eagerly anticipating its massive boss battles and wondering how it will impact the gaming world after its lengthy development process.

Despite any previous concerns, the game now boasts significantly improved graphics compared to earlier trailers. The Third Installment Of An Epic Series

When the original Nioh launched in 2017, it didn’t face much competition in the soulslike genre (aside from The Surge). However, with the third game scheduled for release in early 2026, the landscape is different. Players will be expecting fast-paced action, stunning visuals, and challenging boss fights.

Nioh 3 looks incredibly promising, and could offer even more than we’ve already seen. If development continues as planned, this action RPG – inspired by Japanese history and folklore, blending real events with supernatural themes – is scheduled to launch on February 6, 2026.

Not What Bloodborne Fans Were Expecting

I was absolutely floored when The Duskbloods was announced! It totally blew up online, especially since it happened during a Nintendo Direct, and it’s going to be the first Soulslike game made specifically for the new Nintendo Switch 2. As a huge Bloodborne fan, like so many others, I’d been hoping for a sequel for years. But this… this is even better! It’s a spiritual successor, a whole new series that promises those epic boss fights and that same haunting atmosphere we all loved in the original Bloodborne by From Software. After waiting over a decade for any news, seeing The Duskbloods has left me, and a lot of other fans, a little stunned and wondering what’s coming next from Miyazaki and the team!

The game closely captures the look and feel of Bloodborne, including its gothic horror enemies, inspiration from European folklore, and Victorian-style environments – all elements that made the original game so popular with survival horror fans. Currently planned for release in 2026, though a specific date hasn’t been announced, The Dukbloods is already generating a lot of excitement and is considered one of the most anticipated games for Nintendo’s handheld console.

A Second Chance, For A Series That Deserved More

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the revival of the beloved Fable series, a fantasy RPG that’s captivated gamers for generations. However, the original game’s world of Albion now feels dated and in need of a refresh.
