Okay, so I just finished “What We Left Behind,” one of the first missions in Arc Raiders, and I wanted to share what I learned. Like most quests, it’s broken up into three parts where you have to go searching for stuff. Honestly, some of the steps aren’t hard, just a little confusing. I figured I’d put together a quick walkthrough to help anyone else out, and I’ll also cover what you get as a reward at the end of the quest in Arc Raiders.
What We Left Behind Quest Guide in Arc Raiders
This quest has three parts: completing missions in Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, and Spaceport. You don’t need to bring any special gear – you can use a basic loadout to avoid risking your preferred items.
Parking Garage – Buried City
Begin on the Buried City map. After spawning, head towards the Parking Garage, which is centrally located near the Hospital. Once inside the garage, find the elevator and use the breach option – it works the same on any floor. Although you can breach on any level, the ground floor is best because it doesn’t have any Pops or Fireballs.
Once you’ve entered, ride the zipline down, and be sure to close the doors behind you to slow down anyone following. At the bottom, you’ll find a Raider Camp with two containers you need to search to finish the task. A weapon crate might also appear, offering potentially powerful purple weapons, so keep an eye out for it. When you’re finished, jump out the window, turn right twice, and head down into the metro station to leave the area.
South Swamp Outpost – Dam Battlegrounds
To continue, head to the Dam Battlegrounds and find the South Swamp Outpost. Look for a silo-shaped building with several openings you can go through. Inside, in one of the corners, you’ll find an item you need to interact with to finish this part of the task.
Container Storage (Bilgunn’s Hideout) – Spaceport
To complete the final goal, begin a match on the Spaceport map and head to the area just to the right of Container Storage. Even if you start on the Container Storage side, look for a broken section of wall – you can use it to cross over to the other side. You can also climb the wall to reach the objective, but be aware that this might leave you vulnerable to enemy snipers.
Walk up to the metal container on the wall and climb the ladder. Take the notes at the top, and you’ll be able to finish the mission in Arc Raiders.
Once you go back to Tian Wen, she will reward you with:
- Muzzle Brake II
- Vertical Grip II
- Stable Stock II
