Among the most powerful characters in the world of One Piece, the Navy Admirals consistently rank among the strongest. They are renowned as the World Government’s greatest fighters, boasting incredible power from both their Haki and Devil Fruit abilities.

Throughout the series, One Piece fans have witnessed numerous incredibly strong Marine Admirals. However, despite their power, they aren’t the absolute strongest characters in the story. Many other characters in One Piece could defeat them easily. For example, Oda revealed in the Elbaf flashback that figures like Rocks D. Xebec are capable of defeating Admirals with no difficulty.

Kaido

Kaido is undoubtedly one of the strongest characters in One Piece, as demonstrated throughout the Wano Country arc. Shanks’ Haki is incredibly strong – some say it rivals that of Joy Boy – and he’s so powerful that defeating a Navy Admiral would likely be effortless for him.
