As 2025 nears its end, Sony is planning one last State of Play event in November. This presentation will focus on games being developed specifically for Japan and Asia, offering a closer look at titles from those regions.
The latest State of Play presentation in September was packed with exciting reveals, including a first look at gameplay from the upcoming Wolverine game and new footage of Saros. With so much news, you might assume that was the last State of Play for the year, but PlayStation has announced one more event is still to come.
Sony PlayStation Unveils New State of Play Showcase
Join the Japan & Asia State of Play broadcast on November 11th (November 12th in Japan). It begins at 2 PM Pacific Time, 5 PM Eastern Time, 11 PM Central European Summer Time, or 7 AM Japan Standard Time.
An official Sony blog had this to say:
I’m so hyped! This Tuesday, State of Play is doing a big episode – over 40 minutes long! – and it’s all about games coming from Japan and the rest of Asia. They’ve promised a few other cool announcements too, so I’m really looking forward to it!
Hosted by voice actor Yuki Kaji, the show will feature a wide range of games, from popular favorites to unique independent titles, along with interviews and exclusive previews of upcoming releases.
Interestingly, it will be 40 minutes long—so it’s not short!
