There are seven deities in total, but you start the game with access to only three. If you want to use all of them, you’ll need to unlock the other four as you play.

In Anno 117: Pax Romana, players start with access to Neptune, Ceres, and Mars. However, to find the perfect deity for each of their islands, it’s best to unlock them all.

As a big fan of Anno 117, I’ve figured out how to unlock all the different religious cults! You’ll need to progress through the Civics tree and research specific technologies. Here’s a breakdown of what you need to research to unlock each deity in your game:

  • Cult of Minerva: available on the first tier of the Civics research tree
  • Cult of Mercury-Lugus: available on the second tier of the Civics research tree
  • Cult of Cernunnos: available on the second tier of the Civics research tree
  • Cult of Epona: available on the third tier of the Civics research tree

How to Permanently Unlock All Deities in Anno 117: Pax Romana

In Anno 117: Pax Romana, players can unlock deities without completing the Civics research. By earning Fame Points through Accolades and spending them in the Hall of Fame menu, players can permanently unlock deities for use in all game modes.

Here is how players can unlock each deity permanently in Anno 117: Pax Romana:

  • Mercury-Lugus: Latium Hall of Fame Tier III – requires 40 Fame Points
  • Epona: Albion Hall of Fame Tier I – requires 30 Fame Points
  • Cernunnos: Albion Hall of Fame Tier III – requires 55 Fame Points

Players can level up their Hall of Fame Tier in Anno 117 by spending Fame Points.

Minerva isn’t available for direct purchase in the Hall of Fame. Players must unlock her by researching the Cult of Minerva through the Civics tree.
