The final episode of Dispatch presents players with several crucial decisions. While most choices significantly affect the game’s ending, one stands out as having less impact. Near the end, you’ll be asked whether to forgive or not forgive the former member of the Z-Team. Here’s a breakdown of what happens with each choice in Dispatch.

Should You Forgive or Forget Coupe/Sonar in Dispatch Episode 8?

Once the decision about Shroud is made, you’ll see everyone celebrating. With the Red Ring defeated, all of its members will be arrested. Among those being taken away by the police will be either Coupe or Sonar – the former member you dismissed back in the third episode of Dispatch.

When the team identifies a former member as being among the police, Blond Blazer—whose real name is Mandy—will turn to Robert and ask what they should do. You’ll then be able to choose whether to forgive or forget this person.

If you forgive them, the police will release them, and the team will offer Sonar or Coupe a drink to celebrate with everyone. The former member will also smile at Robert, showing their gratitude for his forgiveness despite past issues.

However, if you try to ignore them, Robert will state he’s satisfied with his current team and reveal he’s someone who doesn’t easily forgive. Following this, the police will arrest them. You’ll see Flambae dumping the drink that was meant for them, as they are now headed to jail.

No matter what you choose, you’ll see the message “Coupe/Sonar will remember this.” This is interesting because the episode also marks the end of the season, leaving it uncertain whether these characters will return for a second season of Dispatch.
