The new Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A has officially revealed Mega Zeraora, showcasing its updated look in a recent trailer. Pokemon Legends: Z-A has already gained popularity with fans thanks to its focus on Mega Evolution. While the game has received some criticism, there’s a lot of excitement for the Mega Dimension DLC, launching December 10, 2025, which will include several new Mega Evolutions.
The downloadable content will introduce a unique area called Hyperspace Lumiose. Players will unlock access to this area by completing a baking mini-game with Hoopa and a new character named Ansha. For the first time in the Pokemon Legends series, Hyperspace Lumiose will feature wild Pokemon exceeding level 100, and players will even be able to push beyond that limit using power-ups. Recent leaks suggest there will be a total of 19 new Mega Evolutions, and with all revealed Megas originating from the initial leak – including Mega Zeraora – this seems highly likely to be accurate.
It’s Time to Welcome Mega Zeraora in Pokemon Legends: Z-A’s DLC
The new Mega Zeraora appearing in the DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A will look different from its original form, sporting more black fur and a look similar to Luxray. It will still be an Electric-type Pokemon and is expected to be strong in both physical and special attacks.
So, a couple weeks ago, stats for Mega Zeraora in Pokemon Legends: Z-A leaked, and it looks like they’re seriously boosting its attack power. Here’s what we found out about the changes:
- HP – 88 (88 in base form)
- Attack – 157 (112 in base form)
- Defense – 75 (75 in base form)
- Sp. Attack – 147 (102 in base form)
- Sp. Defense – 80 (80 in base form)
- Speed – 153 (143 in base form)
According to recent leaks, Mega Zeraora will receive boosts to its Attack (+45), Special Attack (+45), and Speed (+10). Currently, official stats for the Mega Evolutions confirmed in the upcoming DLC haven’t been released.
The recent inclusion of Mega Zeraora in Pokemon Legends: Z-A strongly suggests that Mega Darkrai and Mega Heatran will also appear in the game. This is because data files released with the game revealed the Mega Stones for all three Pokemon. Considering Mega Zeraora, Darkrai, and Heatran were previously leaked as potential Megas for the DLC – along with Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur – this leak is now almost certainly accurate, meaning we can expect all of these Mega Evolutions to be available.
