PlayStation Plus members will get five free games in December 2025, which is more than the usual three. These games are available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers – no matter which plan they have – and you get to keep them as long as you remain a member. Just remember to claim them before the offer expires.
PlayStation Plus members usually get a selection of free games each month. Right now, you can download Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator until December 1st. Stray is a beautifully designed sci-fi adventure where you play as a cat. EA Sports WRC 24 is a racing game, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator lets you create and watch funny, physics-based battles. While EA Sports WRC 24 might only appeal to racing fans, Stray has won awards and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is very well-reviewed on Steam, making them both great choices.
PlayStation Plus members only have until December 2nd to claim the free games Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator before they’re replaced with January’s new selection. Good news for subscribers: December 2025 will bring five free games – Killing Floor 3, LEGO Horizon Adventures, Neon White, Synduality: Echo of Ada, and The Outlast Trials.

If you haven’t played them before, Killing Floor 3 is a fast-paced, cooperative shooter where you and your friends fight waves of monsters. LEGO Horizon Adventures is a family-friendly version of the Horizon Zero Dawn story, designed with the familiar LEGO look and simpler controls. Like many LEGO games, it also lets you play with a friend in co-op mode.
Neon White is a fast-paced first-person shooter with a clever twist: you only have a few cards to defeat enemies and complete each level. Critics generally liked its stylish look and innovative gameplay. Synduality: Echo of Ada is quite different – it’s a team-based shooter where you compete against other players while also fighting AI enemies, and you try to extract valuable items. These ‘extraction shooter’ games are very popular right now, and PlayStation Plus members can now try it out.
I’m really excited about The Outlast Trials – it’s a co-op survival-horror game where you and your friends try to survive these crazy trials while being chased by seriously messed up creatures. And it’s not just Outlast – a lot of the free PS Plus games coming in December 2025, like Killing Floor 3, have multiplayer, so there’s a ton of new stuff to play with friends next month. It’s looking like a great month for PS Plus subscribers!
PS4 PS Plus Focus is Nearly at an End
All of these games can be played on PS5. Three titles – Killing Floor 3, LEGO Horizon Adventures, and Synduality: Echo of Ada – will only be available on PS5. PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS4 will see fewer new games offered, as the service will prioritize PS5 support starting in January 2026. While some free games may still be available for PS4 players for a while, the main focus will shift to PS5.
