To finish the ‘Settling Down‘ Resident Request in Heartopia, you’ll need to make at least 1200 Gold by selling fish or crops. You’ll also need to unlock four home plots – you can find information about how to do that in this guide.

You can view your current main and side quests by opening your Watch menu (press the Tab key on your computer and click ‘Memo’). To see the daily tasks from residents, switch to the middle column of the Watch menu using the Q or E keys.

So, I’m trying to finish the ‘Settling Down’ quest, and this menu helps me keep track of it. Basically, it points me to an NPC who’ll buy almost anything I’m carrying for Gold. This guy, Albert Jr., is the Gold Merchant. When I first started, he was right near my house, but now he wanders around the map. If I can’t find him at home, I can just pull up the world map and track him down – super handy!

After you locate him, talk to him and then select the ‘Sell Items’ option. This will let you see what you have and choose which items to sell.

Once you’ve unlocked all four home plots and earned 1200 Gold by selling items, you can finish the ‘Settling Down’ task and receive a reward.
