What To Expect From Hytale In Early Access
Look, the developers have been upfront about this game – they’ve said all along, even when you buy it, that it’s launching with bugs. It’s basically a game still being built, which is a little scary, I get it! But if you’re the kind of player who loves getting lost in endlessly generated worlds, enjoys a really involved combat system, and likes building things with RPG progression, then I think you could still have a blast. You can play it solo, exploring at your own pace, or team up with friends online – that’s where I think the real fun will be.
Just so you know, the game doesn’t support controllers right away. If you prefer using a controller instead of the standard keyboard and mouse controls (using WASD), you might want to hold off until controller support is added.
