The Hytale team has just released a new update to fix problems with connecting to the game and improve its overall stability.
Hypixel Studios’ new role-playing game is having a strong launch in early access, so much so that even the team at Riot Games – who previously cancelled the project – have congratulated them on its release. The developers are actively working on improvements and recently released a quick update to fix some initial issues.
Hytale January 15 Hotfix Details
Hytale recently released a small update to fix problems with connecting to the game and improve its overall stability, according to a post on their blog. The update makes the game switch to offline mode if it can’t connect to the servers, preventing crashes that happened previously. A previous fix resolved errors caused by a slightly incorrect date and time on players’ computers.
We’ve made several improvements to stability and performance. The game now runs more smoothly thanks to better handling of tasks running in the background. We’ve also fixed problems where dropped items would sometimes get stuck in blocks, and resolved certain causes of server crashes. You can find a detailed list of changes from the last update here.
Also, TopMob recently shared their first thoughts on Hytale, and Josh Challies jokingly said he might not play Minecraft anymore!
