Instead of searching the biggest mountain, take the smaller path between the ski town and the Hakusan Mountain Lodge. Head west from the lodge and you’ll reach the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Speed Zone. Continue west along the road, and look for a building with a speed sign on your right. The Lancia Stratos Treasure Car is next to this building, close to a ski slope that leads down from the mountain, just like in the clue photo.
