Placed against each other, Sugishita proved his might by overpowering Arima with sheer physical strength. In an attempt to disconcert Sugishita, Arima tried to bait Umemiya, leveraging his known vulnerabilities. Yet, the depth of Sugishita’s power was underestimated. Enraged and undeterred by the blow that landed on his cheeks, Sugishita seized Arima by the face and forcefully threw him to the ground, claiming victory in what turned out to be a swift encounter.

Even facing a more formidable adversary, he maintained enjoyment throughout the battle, continuously improving. His actions grew more fluid, and he became quicker in responding to incoming assaults. Although Togame forfeited at the end, thereby awarding Sakura the victory by default, his determination and enthusiasm amplified his perceived strength, making him an intriguing prospect as a powerful character in the future.
