Axum Bacterial Culture is a very rare resource in Subnautica 2. You can only find it in one specific location: a green swamp area at the end of the Alien Ruins. To get it, you’ll first need to upgrade your Tadpole vehicle to allow for deeper dives. Here’s a guide to finding and collecting Axum Bacterial Culture in Subnautica 2.
How To Get Axum Bacterial Culture In Subnautica 2
Okay, so if you’re looking for Axum Bacterial Culture in Subnautica 2, you need to head to the swamps behind the Angel Comb. The easiest way to get there is to start at the Alien Ruins and just head east. If you’re having trouble finding the Alien Ruins, don’t worry! Open your inventory and check the Signals menu – it’ll pinpoint it for you. You can also track the Angel Comb itself to make sure you’re going the right way.
Okay, so once you get to the Angel Comb, head northeast. If you keep going that way, you’ll eventually hit a nice little green pond area. It’s pretty straightforward!
In the game, you’ll discover several small lakes inhabited by various creatures. You can also find valuable and rare resources, such as Troilite, while playing Subnautica 2.
A large Leviathan protects the area above the lakes, so it’s best to stay low to the ground. Avoid taking your Tadpole into the swamp, as this will attract the Leviathan and cause it to attack.
Now that you’ve reached the swamps and understand the dangers, it’s time to find Axum Bacterial Culture in Subnautica 2. To get it, go to one of the swamp lakes and look for a glowing orb slowly sinking into the water.
Okay, so I figured out how to get the Axum Bacterial Culture! You just need to break the orb it’s inside. And the cool part is, you don’t need any fancy tools – just a simple left-click will do the trick!
Once you break the orb, the Axum Bacterial Culture will hover in that spot. Pick it up by pressing the left mouse button. Although it doesn’t have many uses in Subnautica 2, you’ll need the Axum Bacterial Culture to build Metal Farms – essential structures for growing resources.
