This week, the Epic Games Store is giving away two free games: *Amnesia: The Bunker* and *Samorost 3*. Normally, these games would cost around $45, so it’s a great deal for players.

From October 2nd to 8th, Epic Games was giving away the survival game *Nightingale* and a $100 pack of in-game items for *Firestone Online Idle RPG*. Now, those freebies have been replaced with *Gravity Circuit* and a $55 bundle for *Albion Online*.

Okay gamers, the free games for next week on the Epic Games Store have been announced! Get ready to snag *Amnesia: The Bunker* and *Samorost 3* – they usually cost $24.99 and $19.99 each, but we can grab them for free starting October 16th. Unlike many horror games, *Amnesia: The Bunker* is designed to be replayed, with randomized resources and unpredictable events that create unique experiences each time you play, rather than relying on pre-planned scares.

What Is Samorost 3?

Samorost 3 is an adventure game where you click to explore, created by the Czech developers at Amanita Design, known for their game Machinarium. The game follows the space gnome from previous Samorost games as he sets out on a charming quest to discover where a magical flute came from. This giveaway happens just a few weeks after Epic Games gave away Samorost 2. However, the original Samorost game has never been offered for free on the Epic Games Store.

As Halloween 2025 gets closer, Epic Games giving away a scary game similar to *Amnesia: The Bunker* makes a lot of sense. They’ve planned two more free games to offer before the month is over, and might continue this spooky theme.
