Miles Apart Quest Walkthrough In NTE (Neverness to Everness)

To finish the “Miles Apart” quest in NTE, you need to gather four specific items and turn them in. Luckily, these items are found within the tasks given by the main characters in the story, so you don’t have to search the whole game world.

Miles Apart Quest In NTE

You start the quest by talking to Iris at the Gold Apple Collection Hall. It’s a Museum located in the Crocodile Clock Avenue in New Herland District, directly east of the ReroRero Phone Booth.

First, click on the “Lamp” in the Anomaly Exhibit to interact with it, then go into the Exhibition Hall. Once you’re on the Anomaly Exhibition page, select “Miles Apart.”

Once you’re inside, speak with Tungsten. He’ll give you a switch that lets you alter the current timeline, which is essential for finishing the Miles Apart quest in NTE.

First, follow the on-screen marker until you’re prompted to speak with the construction worker. Because you can’t go inside the house, use the switch instead.

You’ll now jump to a new timeline where you can continue your adventure. Just keep following the on-screen marker until you reach Patty, who will ask you to identify the right kind of flower.

Pick the roses on the wall, then go speak with Patty. After that, you’ll be able to explore the house without restrictions.

Honestly, I used to grab everything I could find, but most of it turned out to be useless clutter. I realized I was wasting time on stuff that didn’t really help, so now I’m only concentrating on the things that actually make a difference.

Now, head upstairs and change the timeline. You’ll need to gather a few items while you’re there.

Interact with the Paint Can to get red paint.

View the Teddy Bear to get a Damaged Red Teddy Bear

Rummage through the Dirty Clothes to get A Key.

Now, go downstairs and check out the note on the fridge, which will give you a Cake Recipe.

After you’ve gathered everything, talk to Patty, who is sitting on the sofa, and she’ll ask you to leave.

Switch timeline and speak to Patty in the yard, and give her the red paint you picked up earlier.

She will give you Patty’s Design Draft.

Now, interact with the box inside and choose the damaged teddy bear.

This will fix the toy and turn it into Mended Teddy Bear.

Go upstairs and look for a cabinet that needs a key.

Open it to get the storybook.

Once you have all the items, switch the timeline again.

There’s a letter near the vase, on a cabinet by the bathroom. Interact with it to open a letter.

This action will lead you to a long hallway. Continue down it until you find a peculiar room.

Submit The Correct Items To Advance The Memory In NTE

This room has four entry points – resembling frames or mirrors – and each one requires a specific item to open. To proceed through the story book entrance, you’ll need to submit the green story book you found in the cabinet.

The correct teddy bear is the Mended Teddy Bear.

For the easel door, submit Patty’s Design Draft.

Finally, for the cake door, use Cake Recipe from the fridge door.

Now you’ll face enemies from previous times. After defeating each group, step into the glowing mirror to continue. Eventually, you’ll need to simply talk to the Little Girl.

After speaking with little Patty, you will return to the future timeline.

Speak to Patty, and she will lead you upstairs.

In the storage room, change the timeline again.

Speak to little Patty for the last time.

Use the switch one more time to return to the future time.

Follow the quest marker, and you’ll eventually complete the Miles Apart quest in NTE.

When you go back to Tungsten, the Oddity will ask you a few questions. However, your responses don’t have any impact on the story, so you can choose any answer you like.
