They claim that their insiders suggest that most GameStop stores will receive approximately 100 units of the Switch 2 at its launch. However, games and accessories are said to be in short supply. Some gamers have raised eyebrows about whether this number is enough to cater to demand, but the source assures us that 100 consoles per store at launch is… far more than what’s typically been available for any console debut.
Besides Nintendo Switch 2 consoles available at GameStop, gamers were curious if Best Buy would also have an adequate supply. Nintendeal clarified they haven’t received any information from their Best Buy contacts, but the overall assumption is that securing the console itself should not be challenging.
Since its unveiling, there’s been speculation among players regarding the availability of Nintendo Switch 2 gaming consoles. Nintendo has even pushed back U.S. pre-orders to evaluate the potential effects of tariffs.
