Wuchang: Fallen Feathers vinyl soundtrack is now available to pre-order, ships September 2026

505 Games, Leenzee, and Laced Record are releasing the soundtrack for the game Wuchang: Fallen Feathers on vinyl.

The music in this release is by Xu Wutong, Zhai Jinyan, Zhang Zhenkun, and Cao Lishu. Vinyl pre-orders are available now for an Exclusive version ($42) and a Deluxe version ($50), with prices varying by location. The vinyl is scheduled to ship in September 2026. Laced Records, Leenzee Games, and 505 Games are teaming up to release the haunting orchestral soundtrack of WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers on vinyl for the first time ever.

You can now pre-order a special 2LP vinyl edition of the soundtrack for Leenzee Games’ 2025 action RPG, called ‘Crimson Edge’. This exclusive version, only available at the Laced Records store, features black and red vinyl discs inspired by the dangerous magic of the Feathered demons within the game.

You can also find a standard version of the soundtrack with classic black vinyl records at the Laced Records store and from other music sellers.

Joe Caithness carefully mastered all the music specifically for vinyl, and the records are pressed on high-quality, heavyweight vinyl. The album packaging features a gatefold sleeve with artwork by Leenzee, showcasing the game’s main character, Bai Wuchang.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is set in the troubled Shu kingdom during the late Ming Dynasty, a time of war and plague. The story centers on Bai Wuchang, a female pirate who must confront terrifying supernatural forces while battling a deadly and incurable disease called The Feathering.

The music for WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, created by Xu Wutong, Zhai Jinyan, Zhang Zhenkun, and Cao Lishu, captures a dark and troubled world filled with conflict, illness, and dangerous monsters.

The music beautifully reflects the landscape’s grandeur and underlying sense of unease. It blends traditional Chinese instruments – including the qiang flute, erhu, and guzheng – with powerful vocals, driving percussion, orchestral strings, and electric guitar, especially during challenging boss fights.
