If the Personal Spa isn’t available at Frey’s, consider leaving for Bellhart first and then returning. Alternatively, you could purchase the other furniture from Frey before checking on the Personal Spa at Bellhart.

In the game Silksong, you can find an object called Materium within Memorium, which lies to the north of the room where players usually get a Cogheart Piece.
