November 18 is Going to Be a Sad Day for PS Plus Subscribers

PlayStation Plus members should be aware that several games will be leaving the service on Tuesday, November 18th. PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium offer a large and regularly updated game library, with new titles added monthly. However, games are also removed each month to make room for the new ones, and sometimes more games leave the service than are added.

Even games made by PlayStation itself aren’t guaranteed to stay on PS Plus Extra and Premium forever. Popular titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and Marvel’s Spider-Man have been taken off the service before, so more PlayStation games could be removed in the future. While no first-party PlayStation games are being removed in November 2025, the service will still lose some other titles.

On November 18th, several games will be removed from the PS Plus library, including Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus – The Awakening of Golden Jazz, Battlefield 5, Digimon Survive, Football Manager 2024, Like a Dragon: Ishin, Synapse, and Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes. Battlefield 5 is considered a strong first-person shooter, and many fans prefer it to Battlefield 2042. Digimon Survive, a story-focused game in the Digimon series, is also leaving just as the franchise is becoming popular again.

List of PS Plus Games Leaving in November 2025

  • Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus – The Awakening of Golden Jazz (PS4)
  • Battlefield 5 (PS4)
  • Digimon Survive (PS4)
  • Football Manager 2024 (PS5)
  • Like a Dragon: Ishin! (PS4, PS5)
  • Synapse (PSVR2)
  • Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes (PS4)

It’s disappointing to see games like Like a Dragon: Ishin and Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes leave the PS Plus service in November 2025. PS Plus Premium members might be particularly upset, as many VR games added as a special benefit have already been removed. Now, Synapse, a highly-rated PlayStation VR2 exclusive and a 2023 Game Awards nominee, is also being taken off the list, which is especially disheartening for fans.

Some new games are expected to be added to PlayStation Plus soon, which should help soften the blow of several games being removed on November 18th. While the full list isn’t official until around November 12th, it looks like Grand Theft Auto 5 might be coming to the Extra tier this month. If the rumors are true, that would be great news, as a popular game like GTA 5 would definitely help make up for the games that are leaving.
