In the game Arc Raiders, Celeste has a quest called “Tribute to Toledo” where she asks you to find a Power Rod. What makes this quest tricky is that the Power Rod can appear on any map – the game doesn’t specify a location. Because the Power Rod is an Epic item, it will be challenging to locate. This guide will show you where to find the Power Rod needed to complete Celeste’s quest.
Tribute to Toledo Quest in Arc Raiders
Once you accept the quest from Celeste, you can play any map, but focusing on areas with electrical buildings will give you the best chance of finding the item you need. The most consistent place to farm the Power Rod is the Dam Battlegrounds map. When the map loads, head towards the Power Generation Complex. On the right side of this building, you’ll find a room that contains several Pops and might also have a Turret.
This room contains several large metal cabinets and crates that you can open. While they don’t always contain a Power Rod, you have a good chance of finding one inside. Once you find the Power Rod, you can take the nearby elevator to leave.
If you fall while holding the Power Rod, you’ll drop it. To avoid losing it, it’s better to carry a standard set of items instead of going with an empty loadout, so you have space in your inventory – a ‘Safe Pocket’ – to store the rod.
If you manage to find two Power Rods, you can use one on the door in the room with the metal cabinets. This is the only way to open that door, and it contains valuable loot, including a chance to find a rare weapon.
Once you get back to the main menu, you can turn the quest in and get these rewards:
