This means there won’t be a new chapter next week; the series will skip issue 22 of Weekly Shonen Jump and return in issue 23, currently scheduled for May 2026.
I’m really looking forward to One Piece coming back – it should be a thrilling return! From what I understand, we’re set for at least three more chapters, all the way to chapter 1186, without any breaks, barring any unforeseen circumstances. It feels like the Elbaf arc is really nearing its end, and Eiichiro Oda has apparently already sketched out plans for the next big story arc. He’s mentioned this new arc will take Luffy and the Straw Hats to the island that the original Pirate King once visited!
