PI is Stuck in a Channel

As a PI investor, I’ve noticed the price has been stuck between 16 and 20 cents since it hit a low of 13 cents back in early March. Every time it tries to move above or below that range, it gets pushed right back in. It’s been pretty frustrating to watch, honestly.

Around late April, buyers attempted to push the price above 20 cents, but strong selling quickly halted their progress, happening twice and causing the price to fall back down to the 16-cent support level.

Momentum is Flat

Since March, the price of PI has been moving sideways without a definite trend, staying within a consistent trading range. This lack of direction is also reflected in momentum indicators, which are fluctuating around their average levels.

Trading activity picked up in late April and May, but wasn’t sufficient to push the price above 20 cents. Another try at breaking that 20-cent barrier could be successful, potentially leading to a rise towards 28 cents.

Daily RSI is Stuck Around 50

Over the last week, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has stayed close to the 50 level, indicating the price isn’t trending strongly in either direction. This has resulted in the price fluctuating around 18 cents. For a positive outlook, the price needs to stabilize at this level and then move higher, potentially setting up a breakout.

A breakout becomes more likely when the daily Relative Strength Index (RSI) climbs above 50 and gets closer to 70, indicating renewed buying interest. This often happens alongside a fresh effort to surpass the $0.20 resistance level.
