The Ope Ope no Mi is considered one of the strongest Devil Fruits in the world of One Piece. It’s even called the Ultimate Devil Fruit because it can give someone eternal youth, but at the cost of the user’s life. Trafalgar Law has shown just how amazing its powers are many times.

Although the current user of this Devil Fruit is a perfect fit, several other characters could also benefit from its power and add interesting dynamics to the story. They wouldn’t be quite as ideal as the current user, but it would be fun to imagine them wielding it.

Forget about it – he’d become an absolute monster, a true force to be reckoned with! It’s exciting just thinking about it.

4. Doc Q

Doc Q is a dangerous villain in One Piece and a key member of Blackbeard’s crew. He’s known for his ability to spread illness thanks to the Shiku Shiku no Mi, a powerful Devil Fruit.

Giving Doc Q the Ope Ope no Mi would significantly increase his abilities, potentially making him a top fighter for Blackbeard’s crew. If Blackbeard had obtained it earlier, Doc Q might already possess this power. While his medical skills are questionable, he should be capable enough to use the fruit’s basic functions.

3. Shiryu

Shiryu is a powerful member of Blackbeard’s crew, known for his skill with the Ope Ope No Mi. Although he isn’t a doctor and might not be able to fully utilize the fruit’s potential, he could still become a much stronger opponent by combining its abilities with his swordsmanship.

Unlike the other Elders, he doesn’t have a Devil Fruit power of his own, and many believe he could become much stronger if he did. As a skilled swordsman, he could use a Devil Fruit similar to how Trafalgar Law does. While he isn’t a doctor like Law and couldn’t perform advanced surgeries, a Devil Fruit would still enhance his abilities, allowing him to create basic ‘Rooms’ and use powers like teleportation or slicing attacks with greater effectiveness.
