The name “Denuvo” often causes concern among gamers because its anti-piracy software has a history of causing technical problems. Many Linux players are worried about how this might affect their experience. One player on the Arc Raiders subreddit expressed their anxiety, saying, “I only play the game legitimately, but Denuvo is known for hurting performance and causing crashes, so I’m worried about what might not work when I launch the game.”
