From May 19th to May 24th, Nintendo Switch owners in North America who have purchased games from No Gravity Games can claim up to six free games. Each day, a new surprise game will be revealed as part of this Nintendo Switch-exclusive offer.
As a gamer, I’m used to seeing free game promotions, especially on the Epic Games Store. But getting freebies on Nintendo Switch is way less common. No Gravity Games has always been different though – they’ve done a bunch of free game campaigns on Switch, like their big Switchmas event at the end of 2025. Now they’re at it again with a new promotion called “Pixel Chaos,” and it looks like we could snag up to six free Switch games! It’s awesome when developers do stuff like this for us players.

From May 19th to May 24th, 2026, Nintendo Switch owners in America can get six free retro-style games from No Gravity Games – but there’s a catch! To participate, you need to already own at least one game made by the developer. Each day, a different game will be revealed and offered as a 100% discount to owners of previous titles. If you own all the games in the series, you’ll be able to claim each new game for free.

To participate in the campaign, you need to already own a No Gravity game. Purchasing a game from the developer on or after May 19th won’t qualify you for the promotion.
Pixel Chaos Giveaway Prerequisites
- A Nintendo Switch account that’s based in America
- No parental controls on the account
- Owning at least one game from No Gravity Games’ Nintendo Switch portfolio
- Claiming all the daily free games without missing any of them
If you miss playing one of the Nintendo Switch games in this series, you can still purchase it to keep receiving the rest. These games from No Gravity Games usually cost between $2 and $25, but they’ll be discounted specifically for this promotion, so you won’t pay full price to catch up.
The Pixel Chaos campaign kicks off with the free game Strike Force Kitty. From May 19th, you’ll have 24 hours to add this fun platformer to your collection. In Strike Force Kitty, you create and customize teams of cats, equipping them with cool outfits. The developers explain that each level focuses on finding the best route, and players can unlock new abilities and rarer costumes as they explore different ways to complete it.
If you enjoy old-school games, you’ll be happy to hear that the Virtual Boy: Nintendo Classics app now includes five more titles: Jack Bros., V-Tetris, Space Invaders Virtual Collection, Virtual Bowling, and Vertical Force. Just keep in mind that you’ll need a Nintendo Online subscription with the Expansion Pack to play them.
