The Blockchain Association, with a final flourish of wit, warned that overly broad or unclear requirements would stifle competition, leaving only the largest companies to dance on the grave of innovation. “Heed our words,” they concluded, “lest Congress’s vision be lost in the quagmire of red tape!”
