Monkey D. Luffy is the main character in the story One Piece. He began his adventure as a pirate when he was very young. By the age of 17, Luffy was determined to become the Pirate King. During his travels, he made friends like Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji, who all joined his crew in the East Blue.

Learning about Nami’s past led Luffy and his crew to her hometown, Cocoyasi Village. They discovered it was under the control of the ruthless Arlong Pirates, who had terrorized and harmed the villagers. Luffy fought and defeated Arlong, liberating Nami and her home. This victory caught the attention of the Marines, who, impressed by his strength, placed a bounty of 30,000,000 berries on Luffy’s head when he was only 17 years old.

I remember when we first met her, she was incredibly young – only sixteen years old. Even then, she was already a notorious criminal operating on the Grand Line. Her bounty was set at 29,000,000 berries, which seemed fitting for how strong she was. Interestingly, her bounty hasn’t changed since then, and that amount – 29,000,000 – is still what the World Government offers for her capture in the world of One Piece.

Tony Tony Chopper is the Straw Hat Pirates’ doctor and became one of the youngest people in the One Piece world to receive a bounty. He earned his first bounty at only 15 years old during the Enies Lobby arc, after defeating Kumadori using his powerful Monster Point transformation.

It’s remarkable that Chopper earned a bounty so young, but his bounty has always been a running joke in One Piece. Even after bravely fighting at Enies Lobby, his initial bounty was a mere 50 berries – the lowest of anyone in the series. And even as he’s grown stronger, it’s only increased to 1000 berries.

4. Kaido

Kaido was one of the most powerful pirates in the world, known as an Emperor of the Sea, but he was defeated during the Wano arc of One Piece by Luffy in his Gear 5 form. Like fellow Emperor Charlotte Linlin, Kaido possessed immense strength from a very young age. Though his current bounty is a massive 4,611,100,000 berries, even his initial bounty was extraordinarily high.

Kaido earned his first bounty of 70,000,000 Berries when he was only 13 years old. He received this reward after being captured and then escaping from the Marines. Remarkably, he achieved this level of notoriety years before consuming his powerful Devil Fruit, the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu.

Even as a child, Big Mom showed incredible strength. While in Elbaf, she effortlessly defeated Jorul, a famous and powerful pirate who co-led the Giant Pirates. Remarkably, she did this before gaining any Devil Fruit powers. Soon after, she was driven from Elbaf and began her life as a pirate, quickly earning a bounty of 50 million berries by the age of six.
