Electronic Arts (EA) took down a Battlefield 6 character skin called “Wicked Grin” after it received negative feedback online. The skin has been removed from both the main Battlefield 6 multiplayer game and the REDSEC mode.
So, there’s this new skin in Battlefield 6 called The Wicked Grin – it’s got a really cool black and blue design with these sharp, toothy details on the mask. But honestly, when it was announced for Season 1, a lot of us gamers immediately went to Reddit to complain. It just didn’t hit right with a lot of players, and we wanted to let the developers know!
There were even players vowing not to revive anyone who was using the skin in-game.
The first season started on October 1st, and shortly after, the skin was taken offline while players discussed it. EA hasn’t offered any explanation for this removal.
A new military skin called “Standard Issue” is now available, and you can check it out below, along with the Wicked Grin skin.

TopMob has contacted EA to ask about the removal of the Wicked Grin skin. We’ll update this article if we get a reply.
