Embark Studios is giving players a sneak peek at the North Line update, launching tomorrow. For the next few days, a new Community Event called ‘Breaking New Ground’ will challenge players to work together, providing crafting materials to unlock the new Stella Montis map.
Embark Studios has announced that the new map will be released as soon as players successfully finish the Raiders’ challenge.
Breaking New Ground Comes to ARC Raiders Tomorrow
ARC Raiders is launching a new community event to celebrate the arrival of the North Line update, which goes live tomorrow on all platforms. The update introduces Stella Montis, the game’s first new map – a cold, isolated facility built high in the mountains.
I’m so hyped about this update! They’ve added two new ARC enemies, and honestly, they sound terrifying. Everyone’s saying the Matriarch is way scarier than the Queen, which is a bold claim! And apparently, the Shredder is a real problem in close quarters – get ready for some intense battles!
For Breaking New Ground, players need to contribute the following to the collective effort:
- Metal Parts
- Fabric
- Chemicals
- Rubber Parts
- Plastic Parts
This update includes Merits, a new in-game currency that will unlock further character development. After the path to Stella Montis becomes accessible, players will be able to start “Staking Our Claim,” a new way to progress.
Embark Studios announced that the North Line update will bring new weapons and gameplay items to ARC Raiders.
- New legendary weapon
- Three new mines
- Two new grenades
As a big ARC Raiders fan, I’m really excited about what’s coming next! The developers just revealed their plans for after launch, and it all kicks off in December with an update called ‘Cold Snap’. That update then leads directly into a cool in-game event called ‘Flickering Flames’ – I can’t wait to jump in!
This is when players can start fresh with their accounts, and when the game world will be covered in snow.
