Known as the ‘Dark King,’ Rayleigh was considered just as strong as Roger himself and his first mate, Scopper Gaban – a remarkable accomplishment, as being a rival to the Pirate King is incredibly rare.

On the Sabaody Archipelago, Rayleigh demonstrated his incredible power by battling Admiral Kizaru using only his Haki. He later appeared on Amazon Lily and successfully drove away the Blackbeard Pirates. He claims to have been the second most powerful member of Roger’s crew, right after the captain himself. Gaban demonstrated his immense power in Elbaf by instantly defeating Sommers, a Holy Knight known for his ability to endlessly regenerate. He also could have beaten Gunko, a close advisor to Imu, if he hadn’t been holding back. Even past his prime, Gaban remains a formidable opponent due to his exceptional mastery of Conqueror’s Haki.

6. Sengoku

Age: 79 Years Old

Sengoku used to be the highest-ranking officer in the Marines, known as the Fleet Admiral. After he retired, Akainu took over the position. Even though he’s no longer in charge, Sengoku is still an exceptionally strong fighter and one of the most powerful veterans in the One Piece world. His former role as Fleet Admiral, which is above all other Admirals, clearly demonstrates his incredible power.

Sengoku’s Devil Fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu, was revealed during the Marineford Arc, and its power creates incredibly strong shockwaves, giving him god-like abilities. It’s a hammer, but not just any hammer – it ate a rare Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, specifically the Risu Risu no Mi, Model: Ratotaskr. What’s really wild is that Ragnir isn’t just a weapon wielded by Loki; it actually has a mind of its own. Because of the Devil Fruit, it possesses its own will and even remembers things from centuries ago, all the way back to the Void Century! That makes Ragnir one of the oldest characters in the series, having apparently met incredibly powerful figures like the God of War, Imu, and even Joy Boy.

Ragnir is a remarkably powerful being. Alongside Loki, they make a truly fearsome pair, but Ragnir could challenge even legendary figures like Loki and Harald in a one-on-one battle. The fact that Loki struggled to defeat Ragnir clearly demonstrates just how strong it is.
