How to Claim a Shiny Wo-Chien in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
On the official Pokemon Scarlet and Violet site, it’s been declared that players can now receive a radiant Wo-Chien as a freebie from a Mystery Gift, thanks to the recent Tera Raid Battle event. This special offer is accessible for all gamers right now and can be claimed any time before September 30, 2025, at 4:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Apart from the Wo-Chien reward, players who participated in the event will also receive additional Mystery Gifts containing Grass, Ice, Ground, and Fire Tera Shards. In total, these Tera Shard rewards amounted to ten sets, with each set comprising 100 shards of each kind, making a grand total of 1000 shards in the Mystery Gift.
To obtain a Shiny Wo-Chien in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s recent event, players had to accumulate a grand total of one million wins against the Wo-Chien in Tera Battle Raids last month. In the course of this event, a staggering 6,078,885 victories were recorded, surpassing the limit of ten sets of Tera Shard Mystery Gifts and also granting the coveted Shiny Wo-Chien.
In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players can obtain the Shiny Wo-Chien by navigating to the Poke Portal via the X menu. From there, choose Mystery Gift, then opt for Get Via Internet. You’ll find the Shiny Wo-Chien gift option; select it. If your party is already full, this new Pokemon will appear in the first empty slot within a box.
