If you’re not familiar with the game “NIKKE: Goddess of Victory“, it’s essentially a cover-based shooter in an arcade style, featuring attractive characters who use massive weapons while taking cover behind strategically placed barriers that are just the right height for their knees.
In an exciting turn of events, I’m thrilled to share that the very same captivating gameplay from before is now found in Stellar Blade! This delightful mini-game is set to make its grand entrance as part of the upcoming crossover expansion pack for the release.
In this trailer, we’re treated to a sample of the exciting action, as well as glimpses of outfits inspired by well-known characters such as Rapi, Alice, and others. Furthermore, we catch our first glimpse of robo-dog Volt, who will serve as a new vendor in the expansion pack.
The video ends by showing the long-awaited boss fight against Scarlet, a highly admired character originating from the NIKKE universe. Her appearance has been adapted to fit Stellar Blade’s unique art style. Defeating her will grant you access to additional costumes.
In summary, it seems we’re in for an enjoyable experience, making the anticipation for the sequel game, which is due out in a few years, more bearable.
