As you begin your Neverness to Everness adventure, you’ll soon discover that danger lurks around every corner. Powerful enemies are constantly present, and they can quickly overcome your defenses if you aren’t vigilant.
When facing tough opponents like the Sea Prisoner, quickly restoring your health is crucial for survival. Fortunately, there are several simple methods to regain HP in the game, which we’ll cover next.

How to Heal in NTE (Neverness to Everness)
Towers and Phone Booths
In NTE, a quick way to restore your health is by visiting either Wertheimer Towers or ReroRero Phone Booths. You’ll come across these locations naturally as you explore the world, as they also serve as fast travel points. Reaching one will immediately refill your health.
I rarely set out with a specific place in mind. I’d just check the map, and there was almost always one conveniently located nearby. I’d stop there to recover before moving on with my activities!
Plus, whenever you discover a tower or phone booth, it automatically becomes a fast travel location. This means you can open your map and instantly teleport there for healing, saving you from having to run all over the city.
Food Items
In Neverness to Everness, restoring your health is simple – just eat food! You don’t need to do anything complicated like teleporting. Open your inventory, select a food item, and use it to regain HP. You can always check how much health a food item restores by looking at its details in your inventory.
Healers
Healer characters are also a great way to stay healthy during battles. Several characters have powerful healing skills, like Edgar, who’s a strong A-tier character you can get early on by using the reroll method we described (you can find it linked here).
While healers can be helpful, I don’t think it’s wise to build an entire team around one. They have their limits, and I ended up removing Edgar from my team because he didn’t offer much beyond healing.
Resting in Your Dorm
You can also restore your health by returning to your dorm and resting. To do this, first visit the Eibon Antique Shop, then go back to your dorm room and select the bed to sleep. This will recover your health, though it may take you a little out of your way.
