ARC Raiders New Trader, Explained

In ARC Raiders, the Nomadic Envoys are traveling traders who will appear each week, offering unique items like character skins, weapon blueprints, and special abilities. Unlike other traders in the game, they won’t take standard currency. Instead, they’ll ask you to trade rare items, such as parts salvaged from ARC enemies, for their goods.

Okay, so I’ve been checking out the Nomadic Envoys in ARC Raiders, and I’ve put together a guide to help you out. It covers everything – when they show up, when they pack up and leave, what cool perks you can unlock by trading with them, and exactly what items you need to have ready to swap for their stuff. Basically, everything you need to know to make the most of these traveling merchants!

What Are Nomadic Envoys in ARC Raiders?

Nomadic Traders

Okay, so once you hit Level 25 as a Raider, you can finally trade in all those high-value ARC materials and extra rare weapons you’ve been hoarding for some seriously cool rewards. They’re calling them ‘Extra Perks’, and honestly, they look worth it!

  • Expanded Stash space (resets upon departing for an Expedition)
  • Expedition Vault access, allowing Raiders to securely store up to 5 prized items for retrieval after the Expedition

Ermal the nomad also brings a rotating selection of weekly trades, featuring:

  • Cosmetics
  • Blueprints
  • Raider Tokens
  • Gameplay and progression items, including resources tied to active Raider projects

This works a bit like a special weekly vendor from the game Destiny/Destiny2 named Xur, offering a rotating selection of items. You can unlock benefits permanently, but these unlocks will reset each time the expeditions change.

The expedition vault can be upgraded to hold up to five items until the next reset, which is a helpful improvement to the expedition system.

Ermal returns every Tuesday, the day after the weekly reset, so remember to check what he’s selling each week.

To trade with the Nomadic Envoy, players need to have specific items. The required resources can change each time the trader visits, so check the table below for the current list.
