Infinity Nikki offers a lot of different ways to get new clothes, which makes sense since fashion is the game’s main focus. It’s great that you can expand your wardrobe through methods other than just limited-time events.
The new Where All Souls Return update (version 2.5) includes several outfits you can get simply by playing the game and completing tasks, like the Whispered Dreams outfit. One outfit that’s easy to miss is the Chromatic Comet set. If you’d like to add this adorable look to Nikki’s wardrobe, here’s how to unlock it.
How to Complete Curio Domains in Infinity Nikki
Curio Domains are a special mini-game that have been available in Infinity Nikki since the game first launched. You can find them throughout most of Miraland, excluding the Sea of Stars. From a distance, they look like glowing pink cubes in the game’s open world, making them fairly easy to locate.
As you get close, these objects will turn into portals you can step through to solve a puzzle inside. Each puzzle is unique, so you’ll need to figure out different objectives and solutions each time. Sometimes you might rearrange boxes to clear a path, or use a special outfit’s ability to complete a task.
After finishing a Curio Domain, you’ll receive a Whimstar as a reward, and the domain will turn white to show you’ve completed it. Completing several Curio Domains can also unlock extra prizes, like the Chromatic Comet Outfit.
How to Unlock Chromatic Comet Outfit in Infinity Nikki
To get the Chromatic Comet outfit in Infinity Nikki, start by accepting a quest from Stray Hatty. You can find him in the southeast corner of the Dragonrest Flowerfield in the Boneyard. Talk to him, and he’ll give you the quest called “Curio Domain: The Mysterious Entrance.”
Okay, so for this quest, you basically need to find and finish five of those Curio Domains in the Boneyard. Luckily, the one near Stray Hatty counts! Once you’ve done those five, you’ll meet up with him down south, by the Soul Observatory – look for him under the huge skeleton against the cliff. He’ll then ask you to do seven more Curio Domains, bringing the total to twelve. Don’t worry, you can keep track of how many you’ve found in the quest menu, which is super helpful!
You’ll find Stray Hatty right near another Curio Domain, which will contribute to your overall count. Luckily, there are more Curio Domains in the area than you actually need, so don’t feel pressured to complete every single one if you get stuck.

After finishing 12 of these tasks, go back to Stray Hatty at the Soul Observatory. When you start the quest with him, he’ll reward you with all the pieces needed to create the Chromatic Comet outfit.
How to Craft Chromatic Comet Outfit in Infinity Nikki
You can get the Chromatic Comet outfit by crafting it. The Sketch menu shows you exactly what materials you’ll need. Most of these materials are found in the Boneyard, but some, like Threads of Purity and Terra Gems, are available more generally.
