“The Rain That Shook The World” is a key story arc for the character Esper Zero in the game Neverness to Everness. Currently, the only way to unlock it is by buying the “Limited Press Arc Pack” from the in-game store. This pack also includes some bonus in-game currency. Fortunately, it’s an affordable purchase, so even if you’re new to Neverness to Everness, the pack might be worth considering.
Where to Get The Rain That Shook The World Arc in NTE
You can get the Arc for Esper Zero by visiting the Gift Center in the in-game Mall. The Rain That Shook The World Arc Pack costs $2.99 and can be bought directly – you don’t need to use or convert any Riftcrystals. This is a one-time purchase only.
The Limited Press Arc Pack is a limited-time offer, so once it’s gone, you won’t be able to purchase additional copies of ‘The Rain That Shook The World’. This means you’ll be limited to the initial M0 version of that Arc for the foreseeable future. We’re currently investigating if there will be other ways to get it, and we’ll update this guide when we have more information.
It’s a good idea to check the Arc Shop regularly to see what Arcs are available. “The Rain That Shook The World” might be offered there sometime, but it’s too soon to know if that will happen.
Is The Rain That Shook The World Worth The Money?
At just three dollars, this Arc pack is a great value for anyone serious about playing Esper Zero in NTE. It’s an affordable way to significantly improve a strong character, and you’ll also receive 180 Riftcrystals – enough for one gacha pull in NTE. If you’d rather not use those crystals on the current gacha banners, you can save them for future store offerings.
The Rain That Shook The World Effects
- ATK: 512
- CRIT Rate: 22%
These stats reflect that of a level 80 version of the Arc.
The Rain That Shook The World boosts damage for Redirect and Ultimate skills by 30%. It also provides a 36-point increase to Cycle Intensity for 15 seconds whenever the Arc’s user performs a Redirect. This Arc is particularly well-suited for Esper Zero, who relies heavily on both of these skills to deal damage.
In NTE, Cycle Intensity determines how much damage Esper Cycle reactions deal. The game identifies the character with the highest Cycle Intensity involved in a reaction, and that character’s stat is used to calculate the damage. Esper Zero can maintain the Cycle Intensity buff from their skill, The Rain That Shook The World, for the entire duration of a fight by fully recharging their Esper meter after each use of Redirect.
If you’re looking for a more affordable option instead of this Arc, the Day Off Arc is a good choice. You could also use the Fluff of Fearlessness, which you can earn through the battle pass. This item boosts your character’s attack power each time they use their Ultimate ability, making it particularly helpful for characters like Esper Zero who deal most of their damage with their Ultimate.
